Leave the alarm clock at home and wake up in the morning to a songbird melody and clean forest air. Step out on the deck and catch the first rays of sun filtering through the trees. As a squirrel scampers across the forest floor, you leave yesterday behind.

The cabins at Bogue Chitto Water Park are nestled in the woods away from the main activity areas. Each cabin has been designed and positioned on site by our landscape architects. By taking advantage of the natural terrain and woodland features, each cabin experience is uniquely enjoyable.

Two styles of cabins are available for rent at Bogue Chitto Water Park. The Family Cabin which sleeps eight and the Log Cabin which sleeps four.The Family Cabin is a cypress cabin that features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, great room, kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, single bunk bed and ceiling fan. Kitchen appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, microwave, drip coffee maker and toaster. Eating and cooking utensils are provided. The great room features, two couches, chairs, ceiling fan and views of the surrounding woods. The great room opens to a back deck which overlooks a woodland stream. The cabin is 850 square feet in size and is centrally heated and cooled. Outside there is a picnic table and barbecue grill. Please note: Towels and bed linens are not provided.

The Log Cabin is made of split-log siding. The cabin is one room with a double bed and single bunk bed. A picnic table is the choice for indoor dining. Appliances include a small refrigerator. The bathroom includes a lavatory, vanity, toilet and shower. The cabin is 240 square feet in size and is heated and cooled by a window unit. Outside there is a picnic table and barbecue grill. It’s a great place to gather ‘round the campfire. Bring your lawn chairs. Please note: Towels and bed linens are not provided.

Cabin Rental Fees

• The Family Cabin is rented at $75 per night up to four people with an additional charge of $5.00 per person over four people. A refundable $100 security deposit is required.
  
  
• The Log Cabin is rented at $45 per night with a four-person maximum occupancy. A refundable $50 security deposit is required.
